However I never received my second pair of boots.I followed up today but the email was returned stating that the email address no longer valid. I tried to contact the vendor via Amazon feedback but the vendor did not show on my list. Not sure what that is all about. It may be that the order is 5 months old.Happy with the boots but very disappointed with the lack of follow up. I would receive a free pair of boots.I rarely review and rate products but had to give a shout out for these boots.Was looking for a pair of slip, warm waterproof boots for walking the dog.The boots arrived on time. They fit perfectly (ordered size 10 for men). They are easy to put on and take off. These shoes were exactly what I wanted, and they turned out to be something I could wear daily. The fur lining inside the shoe is very soft and adds a layer of warmth to them. The exterior does not allow water or snow to get inside the shoe. The non-slip soles helped while walking through the snow, but some surfaces were still slippery such as ice and some textures of sidewalk. I did add an insole and an arch support, as I need those in all my shoes, but that only made them more comfortable. The size was spot on.
