These are perfect for meal prep. They are not leak proof though. They hold a decent amount of food and hold up nicely.

Two of the lids were broken right out of the box. And 2 of every 3 I use, the lid breaks upon removal, so I just end up throwing them away after one use. Will not purchase again.

I meal prep a lot throughout the week but Unfortunately these containers didn’t seem to deliver the quality I thought it would. They are very flimsy and break when opening causing plastic pieces to fall in your food. I wouldn’t recommend it.

They are hard to separate once you close it. Every time I take the lid off it breaks.

Love these meal prep container. I use them all the time.
