Perfect for displaying my daughters mug collection! Can be tricky putting together but overall a nice display!

I keep getting compliments about my mug wall and people love it! Plus it’s nice to see something you made on the wall. We got sent one set with 1 7-pin and 3 8-pin, but after contacting them, they immediately corrected their mistake. Had to borrow a drill to get it installed, but I’m not worried if it will fall now.

I was so excited to order this rack to hang my Rae Dunn mugs on...DO NOT PURCHASE. This is absolute junk. Poor quality iron, all the pieces are bent, you cannot hang more than 15 mugs when it’s says 30. I purchase a lot on Amazon and I am very disappointed. I don’t even want to give this product any stars. I spent an hour putting it together and now I will spend an hour to disassemble a send back.

We originally purchased this product to help us display our mug collection and to give ourselves more cabinet space by hanging mugs. Initially we were very excited about the product, we thought it would be worth the money being metal and help with our needs. We were wrong to think that. The directions for assembly were very vague at best, none of the holes matched up for the assembly leading to stripping of multiple screws, the metal warped from not being the correct size for the product leading to only two of the three bars being able to be placed on the rack. I would recommend people to look else where.

TLDR: Do not purchase this product. It's not worth it. See Below for why.I'm upgrading my review from 1 start to 3 stars because the seller refunded me $70 and let me keep the product. In essence, I got the product for $0, which is its approximate value.Pros:1) Holds many mugsCons:1) Hard to assemble.2) Assembly instructions are abysmal, incomplete, and contain incorrect grammar.3) Pieces do not fit together well (if they can be fit together at all).4) Assembling the product according to the instructions results in excessive bowing of top and bottom members.5) No guidance provided on placement of lock washers.6) Instructions contain incorrect information regarding interchangeability of parts.7) When assembled, mounting holes are blocked, making hanging the rack difficult.8) Rack is too small for us to hang our largest mugs.9) Pictures shown online do not accurately represent the product (there are strange gaps in the actual product).

Charming addition to our coffee area in the kitchen. It’s wobbly until you screw it into the wall. It wasn’t even close to being square but we were able to straighten it out some as we hung it. I love that it’s horizontal instead of vertical- it’s perfect for our space.

I was just looking for a unique preset to give my mom. Turns out is the best thing she ever received and now has so much more space in her cabinet.
