Does it shoot out fire like in the pictures? I really need to know if this will be a good snow man repellent.

Really? That is representing the heat it produces...probably won't repel any snow

How many wattage for the office space heater? How long is the cord?

This mini space heater for office has 2 settings, one is 750W suitable for office setting and save energe, and another is 1500W big area setting. And the cord on the ceramic space heater is 6 ft, easy to use anywhere you need.

Does this heater have a thermostat ?

No thermostat. I use a separate room thermometer. Heater has two dials to adjust as needed with lines or symbols. It does work to take the chill off.

Why do you say i can use in my greenhouse but the labels, the instructions and everything that comes packaged with it says indoor use only?

My greenhouse is an inside environment with electrical outlets. It works fine for me.
