Got these because I read a study suggesting that taking Niacinamide may reduce the risk of certain skin cancers in high-risk individuals. Too soon to know if that's really true but my skin looks clearer and better so I'm going to keep taking it! Haven't experienced any side effects.

Very effective against Lyme, but causes severe herx
My doctor advised me to begin using this product as part of my treatment for Lyme Disease. However it caused a severe herx reaction. I believe this product is very effective against Lyme bacteria based on my herx reaction. However, at this time I am not able to tolerate it. The herx was so bad that I could not function, which isn't reasonable for me at this time. If I had help & could stay in bed while taking this, I would do it in a heart beat.
