Does what it says, very handy to have

Easy to read, and understanding it is pretty straightforward.

Great product and perfect timing.

I'm currently taking a brewing class and this was the book that was needed for the class. As the class has progressed we have come to realize some of the foruals are wrong and can skew your numbers (especially in large batches of beer). Our prof even said that he had to rewrite some of the formulas to get it right. It is a good reference and besides some of the formulas being off it is a good reference book to keep around.

Essential for serious brewers.

Excellent book

Would have preferred a greater delineation of imperial vs metric

It's really useful for brewing class.
