Love itttt
The product arrived with the box, with battery and charger, and with a very short delivery time.The product is impeccable!And about the camera: I searched a lot and it really has wonderful quality, with incredible zoom! For those looking for a cheaper option to the g7, and in my opinion it's even better!!

Amazing little camera and take great pictures of birds & easy to use
This was a great purchase. I got it for birds, and it's been taking great photos (see photos). It has an amazing auto focus zoom, and easy to use, and is really high quality for point and shoot camera. Highly recommend for beginners who want a high quality zoom function camera. FYI, when I first got it, the battery was dead, so I had to charge it, which then after doing that, and putting it in camera, the camera wouldn't turn on, so I went on line and discovered it may have slightly overcharged, which apparently the camera is sensitive to, so they said to let it sit for a while and then put it back in, which I did, and the camera then turned on. Also, I had not even thought about ordering a memory card, so you need to order that separately, but it was in great condition (since I but a refurbished one) and has been working great. Love it!

Great product
Product came in a box neatly packaged. I’ve had the camera for a week and little problems. The Bluetooth and WiFi don’t seem to work or either I can’t get it to work but other than that no problems !

I was so excited for this camera & I love it!! Came in a week earlier than expected & I have been loving it! The quality of the camera is beautiful.

Camera would be cool if it worked!
Very disappointed that this "renewed" camera that I've had for four months has had so many issues. For starters, if I record a video longer than say, three minutes, for some reason the size comes up as "zero" and it won't transfer to my computer via the camera cable. It will transfer over wifi for whatever reason, but that takes hours and hours. About two months in to having it, the lens stopped working, and will not open or close fully. I tried to *be chill* about it, which is why I didn't return it in 90 days (also, forgot about the 90 day return policy)... but after it stopped turning on at month 4, I am now desperately wishing I had returned it within 90 days. I tried to contact the company but they are "unable" to give me a replacement. Big bummer that a $340 purchase barely lasted four months - and was constant giving me trouble until then. Hoping the company will get in touch about replacing it, because I'm quite disappointed with my purchase.

Get the extended warranty!
I've always been a Canon customer and overall, the camera meets my needs. It fits nicely in my pocket and is great for those spur of the moment shots. However, the shutter breaks approximately 10 days after the Canon warranty expires. I've sent my previous Powershot back three times for a faulty shutter and now this one stuck. I purchased it on May 25,2020 and the problem happened May 31, 2021 so the original warranty expired. I've also had no luck with the protection plan website, Asurion as I have tried to file a claim online. The website is stuck and won't let me enter my personal information. I tried different browsers and even tried through my phone. I called to file a claim and spoke with a real person. He said my shipping label would come in an email. It never arrived. It's been frustrating.
