When reconstituted, indistinguishable from fresh skimmed milk.
I normally buy liquid skimmed milk from my local shop, but they don't always have it in small containers, and my usage is quite low, so it can start to sour before finishing it. I was a bit skeptical about dried milk, but this skimmed milk powde is indistinguishable from fresh skimmed milk, when diluted 125g/litre - no unpleasant UHT or Homogenised aftertaste! My glass cook's jug holds 1 pint / half litre, so I put one scoop of powder in it, progressively add a bit of water while stirring with a spoon to make a thick paste (hence easy to mash the paste and eliminate lumps). (My scoop is 1/4 cup = 60ml). Stir while adding water to fill jug. Use, or treat like fresh milk and refrigerate. Some people freeze batches, but I haven't tried that. My useage is low, so this pack will last months: the instructions say the dry powder has a limited shelf life once opened, but I am hoping that if I keep the dry powder in the fridge it with last many months ...

Avoid this product, horrible taste, I regret not reading review before buying, 24% of this is milk. I can’t consume it because it doesn’t taste like eligible milk
