We put these in our new house, not wanting to drill holes in our tile. Big mistake. I liked them for steadying myself getting in and out of shower, but recently my husband started to slip when entering the shower, he grabbed one of these, and it came off in his hand as he fell….hard! Thank goodness he wasn’t hurt badly but he was pretty bruised. (He is a pretty fit man of average weight.). We immediately took them off and had real grab bars installed by a plumber. It was expensive, but hey, a new hip is more expensive. If you are older….don’t get these.

Provides secure stabilizing handle for shower. BUT just recently have had handle come off of wall. Original application followed intense cleaning and installation per directions. Not sure of future of this. If failure repeats, will be forced to discontinue use.Now,, Both fell from shower wall within 1 wk. Not suitable for intended use.

This is great the only problem I had is my tile was rough so it did not suction on my tile so I had to suction it in my children’s bathroom because there’s is a smooth surface and then I put the second one on the glass door of my shower so at least I can grab onto it I had brain surgery so I have to be extremely careful not to fall and it is excellent knowing it is there if I need it

Compre un paquete de 2 al tomar el primero pego excelente con un poco de agua en cada succión... pero el segundo que instale como que una parte no pega bien tengo que presionar muy fuerte para instalarlo y así se batalla, los indicadores (color verde y rojo) en mi caso no se porque se ponen a la mitad o en rojo pero están bien pegados. La bola que viene ahí no funciona para indicar 😬 Ya lleva un día y no se han caído.

Bought these for shower safety for prefab, plastic wall, stall shower... very smooth walls.When installed horizontally one end will slip under less than full body weight if you grab closer to one end. Couple minor "scares" until I hit upon solution... mount it vertically.Since doing this the little sucker (pun intended) has budged.

It would not stay attached to wall rendering it useless.

I ordered these because I broke my heel and needed assistance to get in and out of my tub. They came quickly. The size is great, and they were easy to use/install. One of them is very effective and has not once come loose from the ceramic tile wall. The other one is a dud! I cannot depend on it at all. It suctions onto the same ceramic tile wall for only a brief time; and then, “Pop,” one end loses suction. I end up restocking it several times when in the bathtub. Last night it lost suction in both ends and crashed down into the tub. Very frustrating!

I like these handles, but I am not quite sure that the suction stays put.I am trying clean the tiles better and see what happens. I really want them to work perfectly.They are a good price, look good, but have come loose in too few hours.I shall keep cleaning and testing.
