## Description

Fitness Maniac USA Folding Panel Gymnastics Mat - Tri-Fold Exercise Yoga Mat Pad in Black - Portable and Versatile Gym Mat for Home Workouts - Premium Quality Exercise Mats for Fitness Enthusiasts

Review: A worthy addition to my home gym - I highly recommend for anyone who does floor exercises or stretches. I’ve actually fallen asleep on it after my post-exercise stretching… it’s held-up beautifully…
Review: firm density, easy to store - I bought this to do 'on my back' physical therapy exercises. My mattress had too much give and the floor/rug was too hard. This provides the right amount of cushioning without being too hard or soft. It is easy to fold, light weight, has convenient dual carry handles, and the covering seems durable with normal use. Edit: I originally used to use this mat on the floor and it worked well for me. I'm currently recovering from a broken wrist and can't get on/off the floor. I can use this mat for SOME exercises on top of my bed. (when I'm on my back.) When I try sitting, my mattress still wobbles too much so it's less effective. Just FYI.
