Did not have to take apart to install,a small precision flathead screwdriver will do the trick.Carefully insert end with blade of tool.

Tools were an unnecessary bonus
No instructions given, but I figured it out on my own. Did not need a single one of the tools. Popped it in in less than a minute. Seems as good as the original, but I would just buy the port cover itself next time. Overall good purchase

Great replacement for my missing cover. Phone is old as dirt, but still working.

Used on S5 ACTIVE
A lot of tools I didn't need. I expected this to be bigger, more complicated... Realistically, I gently pried at the casing and pulled the old out and smushed in the new. Done! The videos for it are all for the S5, not the S5 active like I have, so they are misleading.
