Taking for over 2 years and notice a difference within a few days of use.
Around 2 years ago I had a full blood work done and was told by my doctor per the results I was deficient in B12. A friend gave me a bottle of these and within a week my energy level had improved. Had a recent blood test and I am now in the mid range for B12 so I know it is working. During the last 2 years I took up brisk walking 4 days per week and am now up to 3 to 4 miles per day. Also lost 70 lbs over the last 18 months. Some reviewers said they didn’t feel any increase in energy. I did, but it took about a week. Something I learned is that there are two types of B12 tablet supplements. The ‘Methyl’ type is supposed to be the better; due to its increased absorption rate. Most other brands are the other type with the main ingredient beginning with a ‘C’. It is also substantially cheaper. I think paying the extra money is well worth it. FWIW I am not a bot or paid reviewer. I have just had good results since I started using them and continue to use them - one every day.
