Perfect Pad
So I've backpacked for years with traditional roll up foam and or roll up self inflating pads. They were bulky and usually so big they had to be attached outside the backpack. This pad is a great innovation because not only is it very lightweight and compact but it is also incredibly comfortable. The material and seams appear to be durable enough to survive anything but a direct hit with a sharp object. Just in case there are a couple of patches included. Very easy to inflate and deflate. It's early springtime and I haven't ventured out yet, just tried it at home, but I'm very excited to get this baby up into the mountains.

Very compact pad that’s easy to inflate and deflate; comfort TBD
Update: it was like sleeping on air on the plane. If you’re a frequent traveler fortunate enough to sit in lie-flat seats that can be just a bit too hard, this is your answer. It’s compact and easily packable in a carry-on bag and inflates in a minute.————————————————————Just got this in the mail. I plan to use it to supplement airplane lie-flat seats that tend to be uncomfortable. I will try it out in a few weeks, but in the meantime I did a test run to see how well it inflates and deflates. It was easy to inflate and only took me about 10 breaths. Deflating is kind of loud and forceful, but fast. Lying on it for a few minutes was comfortable. What I like best about this is how small and compact it is; I can stick it in an exterior backpack pocket to carry onto the plane.

Great Lightweight Sleeping Pad, easy to use, comfortable
I just hiked/camped the Appalachian trail for 3 nights and this pad helped tremendously. It takes almost no space in my pack and is very lightweight. It is easy to blow up (with maybe 10 or 12 breaths). It held air perfectly and kept me off the roots and rocks. Thank you!!

Not durable
It’s light and it’s packable. But def not long lasting. 3 nights on a cot and it started bubbling up. Then finally busted the 4th.

Innitial testing good but then failed.
Update 6/24/19: Product worked earlier when I left it inflated in my living room. I now took it out for 2 nights of camping in a hammock (no sharp objects) and the product lost all air in a matter of minutes after inflating. The plastic welding that creates the air pockets broke appart so now the quilted pattern is lost to a huge air pillow. It deflates within a matter of minutes. Awaiting Polarmile customer service response.Original review:Happy with the size and usability of the sleeping pad. It measured 3.5"x9" when new (rolled up) and I was able to roll it to 3.5"x10.25" after the first use (wish I was as good at rolling it as when it comes from the vendor). Deflated the unit measures 89"x27.5" but shrinks to 74"x22" when fully inflated. It only took me 10 breaths to fully inflate. I left it inflated over a week and air loss was minimal. Every other day I had to give it another partial breath to fully inflate so I would say air retention is good. Laying on the pad, you will initially feel the contact points of the air pockets on your back but after a minute or two it stops being a "thing". Have to be honest/aware that the construction is based on multiple air pockets to support your body weight so this is expected.

Item does not have a backflow preventer
Would give this a better rating but it does not have a backflow valve. It is annoying having air come out while you are trying to blow this thing up.

Super Light. Super Compact. Super Comfortable... Mostly.
The GOOD: This sleeping pad is super small, compact and lightweight. It doesn't take up much space in your bag. And I found it to be really comfortable with the 2 inches of padding! The BAD: It's a little noisy when you are moving around. It sounds like you are rubbing two windbreaker jackets together. Also, my kids couldn't get past the gaps between the diamond-shaped padding, so we had to order a different one for them that was just flat. The VERDICT. For a hiking trip, this is tough to beat. If you don't care about space as much and are a princess-and-the-pea kind of person who feels everything under your body, you may want to look for a flat sleeping pad instead.

A good lightweight and small pad
This is a good pad for hiking where weight and space are more important than total comfort. That said, this pad is pretty comfortable for as thin as it is. When fully inflated, there are only about four inches of buffer between the ground and the sleeper, but I never noticed that I was Bottoming out while sleeping on it (I weigh 215 pounds).I can't comment on how well it insulates against cold, as it wasn't really cold when I camped with it, but it did a good job isolating me from the ground, so it should help.
