After reading other reviews I guess I got lucky. It was my first time ordering this product. I was put off by the color since the pictures are bright white and what I got was off white almost cream in color. I like the crunch when I first bite it but then it just melts away before I can really chew the pieces. I don’t like that. To get that crunchy chew effect I have to bite off a big piece. There isn’t really a taste. Maybe a very subtle bland chalk taste. The batch I got really melts away in my mouth so fast like nothing was there. It doesn’t coat my teeth or tongue. No after taste. Just got a 3 pieces that can all fit in the palm of my hand but I don’t plan to keep eating it I’m just giving in to my pregnancy cravings for now. Since it’s a natural product the textures colors and flavors may vary so I wish you good luck and hope you get what you are craving for. Update. The taste and crunch got better over time I guess I just needed to let it air out. I figured out that if you bite too much of it off at a time it will stick to the roof of your mouth and taste like soap. That’s the only time I ever had that problem with the soapy taste. Also I took a small piece with me in my mint container to keep in my car and it started to taste exactly like a mint. I didn’t like that but for those of you who what a difference taste you can try using an edible oil on it or just put it with some mints. I bought some more because I ate the last of it yesterday and now I feel like a feen until more is delivered tomorrow.

Very bad taste am wondering if really edible

I ordered this product a few times. The first time it actually tasted like chalk, which satisfied my cravings. I had no issues with that batch. The next time I ordered it it tasted different, but not too bad. But my most recent order I had the most issues with. The taste and texture were not chalky at all. In fact, it seemed more like clay. It felt disgusting and I had to brush my teeth to get the clay from coating the inside of my mouth. In addition to that, they don't give you that much chalk. For ten dollars you get one, maybe two pieces. It also came in different packaging each time, which makes me believe more that you won't get the same product every time you order. I think I'll stick to other brands of edible chalk for now. I used to like buying this brand since it's cheaper than others on here, but now I don't trust it anymore.

Definitely worth it IF you’re looking to just relieve the cravings. The taste is Very good and taste like a bit of dirt (which is what I was looking for). BUT only down side is that consuming to MUCH at a time will kill the taste and it does taste nasty. So IF you plan a eating big chunks at once this is not the brand for that. The crunchiness is amazing tho. And also the quantity are two big chunks definitely feel like the price is a little to much for just two big chunks but aye

This chalk is SO CRUNCHY! Love it! It’s best to let it air out a day or two after unwrapping, as chalk tends to absorb smells, especially during transport.
