What is the shelf life?

I have kept a bottle, unrefrigerated, for 4 months, and then transferred it to the frig to make the martinis. That was about another month. So, in my hands about half a year. I by them in sets of three, and have never had one "go bad". In my opinion it's the best dirty martini olive brine on the market. All the best, Bruce

This is olive JUICE, not oil so I can't imagine cooking with it. I use it only for dirty martini's. If you really plan to bake and/or cook with it, would suggest you "google" recipes using olive juice and see what happens.

it's olive brine, so high sodium and not much else

We ordered the 3 pack. Two were the same dark color -- one was much lighter. Why the difference?

I don’t know, mine were all the light yellowish color. I think I would contact the manufacturer and ask that question.
