What an absolute game changer. I am in love with smells and have been obsessed with candles and incense and potpourri and all the smelly things. Never dabbled in oils though until a family member gifted me their old oil diffuser. I put in a drop of perfume oil that they gifted and let it go and really loved how it smelled. But that diffuser was old and had issues so I said what the heck let me try a newer one. So I got this one and picked up some essential oils from a local store. And WOW! Never going back to incense again that is for sure. And honestly I may not go back to candles either. As for the device itself, it is super easy to use, sturdy and attractive, has a great capacity so it can run for hours, and it fills a room very easily with scent. I also love humidity and this thing does a pretty good job at that as well. As for the benefits, if you are someone who might be thinking about difussing oils, TRY IT! Thanks to the large water capacity that this thing has, I can make scents really faint or really strong by either doing just 1 drop of oil or several. I can change the scent whenever I want, I can experiment with and craft new scents just for me all the time just by trying different combinations of oils. There is no burning or smoke like with incense, no clean up, and no where near as expensive as candles. You also get exactly what you think you are smelling. So many times I would buy incense or a candle, only to light it and have it smell nothing like the first impression. With oils, you get the exact scent that you think you are getting. As an example I bought like every essential oil that this one brand offers. Today it's a beautiful spring day so I decided to make a new recipe with a few drops of rose, a drop of pine, and 2 drops of cedar, and a touch of eucalyptus. It is amaaaaaazing! It feels like my lungs love it too. Obviously burning too many candles or incense will basically suffocate you. But here I can get a nice robust scent, that isn't too overpowering though, and it feels like it's even easier to breathe. So incredibly refreshing! The ONLY downside is that many essential oils are very toxic to cats and dogs. I have a cat so I keep this thing in my office and keep the door closed. Which is such a bummer because I really want one in my living room! Otherwise if you don't have any oil sensitive animals, give it a try!

The diffuser is wonderful, works great. Has a night light that changes color, can last up to 12 hours. With few drops of essential oils provides relaxation. Great value for money, would recommend it.

* I am updating my review* the company has since sent me a new product and I have been using the new aromatherapy humidifier. It seems to work just fine and I am upgrading my rating to a 4 star review! Thank you I bought this product because I am pregnant, and have many of the fun stuff that goes with pregnancy, one of them being a constant stuffy nose, and an extremely dry throat at night. I wanted something to help me breathe better at night. I did a bunch of research looking for a quality humidifier that I could also add some essential oils to. This seemed to fit the bill. I used it every night for maybe a month, if not less. I followed the instructions making sure it had adequate air flow, I cleaned it several times weekly, and I made sure I unplugged it in the mornings and dumped the water out leaving it air drying all day. One morning after it working successfully all night, I turned it off and unplugged it, dumped it out on the correct side, let it air dry. That night I went to plug it back in and it wouldn't turn on- totally didn't work. I tried several different things trying to get it to work over the coarse of a week, and still completely dead. It's not a super expensive humidifier but even paying over $30 for an item, I'd like it to last more than one month! Overall it is a nice looking humidifier, I liked the colors, it was easy to use. Too bad it didn't last very long.

Easy to set up and runs for hours without needing a refill. The mist spreads well in the room and it’s very quiet, perfect for night use. The soft lights and wood design also make it look nice on any table.

Purchased to add some moisture to the air in the bedroom as I get shocked by static electricity so much during our chilly WNY winters. It actually looks quite nice lit up at night. The mist emitted from the top is a nice cool mist! Takes very little water, and auto turn-off when it detects no water. Kinda difficult to remove the top to add the water, so I put tape on the bottom to help me hold onto something to pry the top off, otherwise a great little addition. The lighting helps as a very nice soothing light too, and is VERY handy as a night light! After months in use, often I turn on the light to use as a bedroom night light instead walking into the darkness. Twisting the top to put it off is actually better than trying to pull the top UPward!

I received the unit and it is about half the size it shows in the photos. Especially the one on the coffee table. It looks huge. And it will surprise you when it comes to very small the on off button is set up weird and the light never goes off when it’s on. I set it for a hour it goes off in 30 min. Set on 3 to 6 hours it goes off in 30. No remote and when you get it I’m not sure even up close what it says. Just lines. It doesn’t hold 550 like it says. It will over flow if you did.

Know the pine looking pot holds as much water as the large but is smaller. I wish they made it as big as the dark brown. Both are beautiful And work great. I've ordered the red one. It came and is large like the dark brown.
