To clarify the title, I originally bought the XL size for myself, a medium size for my friend, and 3XL size for myself once again. In 2024, the year I ordered this sauna suit, I was 250 pounds and finally decided to lose weight due to Dragon Ball’s author Akira Toriyama’s passing. I tried on the XL suit and it was fitted on me because I thought it would be loose. But ended up wearing it and it made me sweat A LOT. However, my commitment to fitness was lackluster, though I was still serious about it, because I was still 250 pounds. I ended up giving away the XL suit to my friend and she liked it due to the fact it gives her more flexibility to move around.That’s when I ordered the 3XL suit and it worked out perfectly for me - and still does! Since this new year (2025 to clarify depending on whenever you, the reader, see this review), I finally took fitness and training seriously along with changing my diet for the better. As of this writing, I went from 250 to between 218 and 220, as my goal is to get to 200 pounds before the end of this year.If you need a high quality sauna suit to wear for workouts and training, this one is for you!

Sizing was excellent, cuffs hold in sweat better than other suits I tried. I'd definitely recommend it to others

So far this one has held up good without tearing at the underarm like the other brands did, the stitching inside makes it strong and it gives you a good sweat once your going! If I you will be working out regularly and don't want one that will tear I've put mines to work, get this one!

Well made, great quality, and makes you sweat all your sins away. 30 minutes of cardio with this suit and you will sweat more that if you were in the steam room.

This sauna suit is awesome! Very durable and works for losing water without taking diuretics.

I've never sweated more in my life once I've worn it but sadly it's not as durable as they say as I ripped the whole inner thigh of the pants doing a squat halfway through my first workout with it on.

I love this suit. It works great and keeps the sweat flowing. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone
