Q: I Love this set. But the pepper grinder seams to be working so hard that it will almost come to a stop at times. Is this normal?

Q: Where are these made?

Just opened one up and inside is made in China. We have been so pleased with these in comparison to the rechargeable ones we had before. Have had two plus years and no issues

Q: does this unit take rechargable batteries?

You can probably useThem. I just used regular aa batteries. love these shakers

Q: I have this set and love it so i bought the stainless set for my daughter, however, the box is missing an entire grinder. do i return to amazon?

If you got it from amazon, by all means call them to let them know what happened and that you would like a replacement. They should be able to either help you. And btw I love mine too and have gotten alot of compliments on them.
