Great mattress protector. Fitted well and looks good quality

People have commented that the straps are too small but this cover fits nicely over both my mattress and topper. The straps are near the corners so I would imagine too much movement in the bed would make them ping off. Cover is a terry toweling type material with water proof backing. Good item

This mattress protector does the job and keeps the mattress clean and dry.The cover is thin/non bulky and water resistant.For the price it's great for everyday coverage however it's not suitable for larger spills I.e a whole glass of water, as it will leak.Cover did unfortunately shrink in the wash so I would advise extra care to be taken/follow care instructions wisely.

It is only for occasional use on a guest bed but its quite thin and don't think it would last long on a bed in regular use

Since we spend at least a third of our lives in bed, I've always thought it's important to buy a good mattress and a good padded topper to increase it's life span. All of that costs money, and to safeguard my investment I wanted a waterproof protector to fit over my topper. I chose this one from Utopia, and it works very well for me.The material is lightweight and fairly thin, with a towelling type surface above which is backed by a waterproof yet breathable membrane. The cover is easy to fit and the elastic is nice and wide which is better than many others. If you don't have a super-deep mattress it may be not be the tightest though, as the elastic is generous. If that's a problem you could easily stitch it together to shorten it a little if you wanted.I've tested the cover and it works well in protecting from spills. Also, it doesn't make a rustling sound when I move around in bed, and doesn't make me feel sweaty either. Add in the reasonable price, and this earns five stars and a recommendation from me.

I have a normal double size bed and although this fits it doesn't quite reach the edge of the mattress. It is easy to put on and generally stays in place. There is no crinkle sound from it when you move around in bed and doesn't make you feel any hotter than without it. I am happy with my purchase and would buy again if needed
