I've been using this bag now for the past 3 weeks. I had an old Transpack, very old, that needed replacing. I am very impressed with this bag.I am extremely impressed with the build quality of this bag. It's sturdy and well made, quality zippers, durable material, and feels as though it can take any beating that you give it. All of the buckles/snaps are are solid and I like the rings on each of the webbing straps to use to tighten.The main compartment is huge and sucks up anything I can put in. Multiple pairs of gloves, helmet, large goggle case, vest, etc ... I also typically put my shell and pants in the top and it all closes up solid.My old Transpack had the boots in a pocket. The Zipline has them on the outside. I like the webbing that holds the boots and the heel pocket holds the boot well. I don't know what the long-term sustainability of the heel pocket and the webbing is, as it seems most predisposed for wear, but I suspect it will hold up.The one thing that I don't like about the bag is that it leans forward when sitting on the floor. Also, the material seems bombproof, but it is somewhat stiff. I suspect this might loosen up overtime.

I recently purchased two of these bags and one of them was completely missing the strap to hold the ski boot in place. The owner of the company contacted me right away and promptly sent out a new one to me. As for the bag itself, it is very roomy with space for all your gear and then some. It has an ID pocket and one zippered compartment on the outside of the bag, but otherwise, it is a big bucket with lots of room. We've only used the bags twice now, so I don't know how well the straps and buckles will hold up, as some of the other reviews have mentioned straps ripping off and such. For now, I am giving it 4 stars based on the great customer service, taking away one star for a defective bag in the first place that should have been caught by QC before sending the bag out for sale

I needed a new coach’s bag and looked at several before deciding to try the Zipline bag. I was not disappointed. Well made, with a ton of storage capacity. I had my none ski boots, extra jacket and shell, extra pair of gloves and socks, laptop, radio with extra battery, water bottle first aid kit, and note pad all in the main compartment with plenty of room to spare. I also like the separate replacement lens compartment on the front for easy access. We leave our packs in the snow for most of the day alongside the course, everything stays dry. A great daypack for anyone!

This is the perfect ski boot backpack. It is large enough to hold all of my daughter's gear, including a back brace. And it is lightweight! All the equipment the kids carry is so heavy. This bag is sturdy, light and waterproof. Sitting on the snow all day it does a great job of keeping the elements out and the gear inside dry. Love the new colors!

Larger than expected but will work wonderfully. Due to customer complaints of straps breaking holding boots I had the straps reinforced. We'll see how that works. Bought as a gift.

Backpack has tons of room. The straps that hold boots on came loose a couple of times and stitching on straps could be a little thicker to add durability but overall good product that survived tough use in airport by baggage handlers and by me going to the slopes

Large storage area with a removable partition keeps wet & dry articles apart. Zip vent bottom. Was worried about boots outside of bag but comes with attached boot top covers. Comfortable wide straps. Four of us stored our bags then asked the attendant to go back and retrieve the most professional looking bag, mine won.

it was a great pack, but larger than I wanted for my son, the quality seemed great. but knowing my son who is in the Air Force it was larger than he needed.
