Trying to stay healthy around my toddlers, all 12 of them.

This product is excellent for tired legs, insomnia. I take them before going to bed and sleep well. They're easy to swallow and have no after taste. You do have to take three tabs though! I just love that you get Magnesium, Vit D3 and Zinc in one bottle and don't have to buy them individually. For the price, that's a great deal! Will keep buying as long as price stays decent.
