Can I remove a military crimp with this or do I need to purchase more tools/accessories?

Yes, you can remove military crimps with the attachments that come with the unit. I highly recommend replacing the Lyman reamers and the primer pocket cleaner with the Hornady ones as they will fit this device. The Lyman's wore out after about 100 military crimps.

How is the 115 volt different form the 110 volt?

It doesn't. Typical U.S. power is 110-120V.

What does null mean in the size

I would think there's no small/medium/large designation to this product, so the size specification in itself is null.
