Very satisfied with this back pack!
I'm using this pack mostly as a first aid bls kit and also a survival kit. This pack has so many pockets and space that it makes it easy to put stuff in order. My main compartment is setup with my first aid kit and every pocket has something in it with some xtra room to spare. My second half of the pack has all my survival gear, including a 2 person shelter tent. The 2 xtra bags that come with this pack, which are located in the second compartment are nice also. One I use for hygiene and the other for tools. All that said I still have room to add stuff to it.With the molle system in the front you can personalize your kit even better by adding to your pack. It has a spot for your camel back water bladder with a spot for your hose to pop through on top. I could go on but honestly all I can say is it was better than I expected and the quality is great!Overall I'm more than happy with this product and the only thing I would like to see as an improvement would be to have a larger pocket opening on the bags side, I was trying to use it to put my knife in it, but it's to small to fit it, so I added a knife sheath to the front. Also if your still undecided check out a youtube video on this bag. He purchased his as a complete medical package and he does a review on it!

Great Medical Backpack!
I ordered this pack so that I could store all of the medical/first-aid supplies I had gathered in my years as a medic. Not only did it have pleanty of organized slots, pouches and pockets, but it had more than enough room for all of my I.V. supplies, airway kit and extra bandaging. It is heavy when loaded up, but that is due to the fluids I have in mine. I will never be unprepared when someone gets hurt again, I carry this with my in my car!Great construction. Seams are all sound. Holds all the weight with no problem. Comfortable to wear. Has room for my hydration bladder. I will be getting another one soon for my 72-hour kit.

Top notch!
If you're an EMS provider, you will be more than happy with this bag. MORE than enough space to pack all the essentials away and still have room for more. I looked into the S.T.O.M.P bag but decided that I wasn't going to pay $400 for a med pack considering most of us should be able to fill it for a fraction of the cost. At $100 this bag is a steal. Believe me when I tell you that I did months of research before making this purchase and I have zero regrets with this purchase. That said, the only true downfall to this bag is the padding on the straps but, unless you're humping this thing around for hours on end, it shouldn't effect you. In case you are humping it around, I'm sure you know how to modify it to make it a comfortable ride. I also swapped the tan 550 cord to a red to make it slightly easier to find the zippers when I'm in a pinch. All in all a top notch med bag that is heavy duty and will go the distance without breaking your wallet!

NOT A GENUINE VOODOO PRODUCT! But otherwise a good item.
First of all, what i received was not a genuine Voodoo product. It was tagged with the brand "TAS: Tactical Assault Systems." As far as I can tell thus far it is indistinguishable from the Voodoo version, but it is frustrating to get a product other than what I ordered. That said, here is what I think of it after a month of use:PRO's:- It seems durable so far. I haven't subjected it to any serious use yet, but it seems mil-spec.- Tons of storage space with good organization built into it.- The cinch straps make it easy to reduce the volume of the pack with ease.- Fast shipping. It arrived in about 10 days from China.CON's:- The hydration tube port is to small to fit a mouth piece through it. This makes it impossible to quickly put a hydration pack into the sleeve and run it through the hole in the pack. You would have to remove the mouth piece ro run a hose through or remove it.- The hip belt is entirely non-functional as it is designed. As others have said, the straps slip right through the clasp with even a tiny amount of pull. I don't know who on the design team thought this would function, but it doesn't. I was able to make it work by folding the strap back onto itself and taping it together, but this shouldn't be necessary. All in all, this is a decent medical jump bag, but I would like to know why it is being passed off as a genuine Voodoo product when it isn't one. Otherwise it would get 5 stars from me.

Great design, poor quality.
I liked the layout of this bag and if I had gotten the LBT or Blackhawk version I'd probably be very happy but the poor quality of stitching made this bag a no go. There was a lot of single stitching and raw edges with no seam tape. I was expecting at least Condor quality but this is more like Rothco military style quality.

Good, but not perfect
I volunteer with an EMS first response group and needed an additional bag to carry my advanced life support supplies (IV supplies, advanced airway equipment, and medications). I also didn't want to break the bank and needed something where my advanced gear was separate from my basic gear. This bag seemed to fit the bill from my searches online. It also seemed to be one of the best values out there.Having said that, I love the bag and how quickly and fully it expands. It's perfect and easily holds my advanced airway bag, my IV bags, and a small box for my IV supplies. But here's the problem -- the additional bags that came with the bag flat out stink. I have no idea what they're designed for. They aren't set up for IVs, medications, or airway equipment.Long story short. It's a good bag. But it's nowhere near a perfect or ideal And the additional bags clearly show that the bag is designed much more for an amateur or basic level medical provider than an actual advanced provider.

Quality gear for a good price
I first saw this bag at the gun show and knew it was quality. It had multiple compartments for all my equipment and enough room for ambu bags and pressure cuffs. It did come with two pullout pouches that I was unable to use. The layout of one of them was just too specialized. I have tons of stuff that I was able to fit in there in an organized manner and I'm very happy with the purchase.
