How do I remove the inner pushing valve from this adapter? It seems that it isnt letting any air out of the compressor.

I had a similar issue. I stuck a small flathead screwdriver down beside the push valve. There is a little "lip" that the push valve stem is threaded through. Use the screwdriver to rotate the "lip" counter clockwise and eventually the valve will come out. Then the adapter works fine.

What pump have you used this with? and how long did it take to inflate a sup? thanks

I used foot pump to get most of the pontoons and the deck on my 11’ inflatable boat filled. Then used a standard 12v auto tire inflator to finish it off. It took about 20min total. The deck had always been my problem spot, until I got this.
