I never saw myself as the write a review for a lunch bag type, but this is a significant upgrade over what I carried daily for many years. The size is right for me to carry a couple ice packs, lunch in a glass container, a canned drink, a protein shake and a couple snacks in plastic containers. The soft sides and top expand well if I add a little extra. The interior liner took me a little getting used to and maybe it took a little time to loosen it up, but the idea is great. If something spills, the liner will contain it and make clean up easier. The side and front pockets are good for a variety of things. The carry strap is nice, no problems with it. The look is good, too. I am in law enforcement, so this style works well for my style and environment. Durability is fine for what I do - home to car to office, but it is clearly built to withstand more rigorous use. I put a lot of stock in what you get for what you pay, and the lunch bag hits that value mark for me. Overall, I am really happy with the product and recommend it.

I bought a previous bag exactly three years from the date. The only reason why I had to get a new bag was because my old bag wouldn’t zip up properly. The zipper would not hold after all of the openings and closings my bag went thru. The insides of the bag is different than the older one. The old one had a clear plastic liner, which tore (and I used duct tape to keep it together) and a aluminum type liner which wore out after time. But even with all of that, the bag kept my lunch and drinks cold and did not leak. This is a very sturdy bag which can hold two incentive packs; three drinks; my lunch (or cereal) ; my utensils; my phone charger and misc items with no problem. The new bag had a one piece liner and I hope that it holds up. After a week, so far so good. I hope it lasts five years (or more) instead of three, with the zipper issue. This is the best lunch bag you can buy that is durable, and will keep your contents cold. And this is a Veteran ran company, so that is a bonus too!

Got this lunchbox in august 2021 for my middle schooler. No complaints. Very sturdy - that lunchbox has taken a beating. My son flings it around and it still does not have tears or holes. The zipper is very sturdy. Very tough lunchbox. The inner lining is thick - I have not tried to see if it would leak or not. But it is definitely the thickest lining I have seen in a lunch box. And it is very roomy. My son eats a lot and that box can hold a lot of items. Lunch plus snacks and there is room left. There is a front pocket. The zipper is very sturdy as well. Not a lot of room to store much in that pocket. My son uses it for money and a flash drive. I inadvertently left the flash drive and a few dollar bills in that pocket one day before throwing the lunchbox in the washer. The flash drive came out intact. It still worked! After several months of use, the lunchbox is still intact. That has never happened before. It would take some very purposeful effort to tear it or rip it. A keeper.

Good size, can hold a lot of food! Has the cooler insert to keep drinks and cold foods cold! Light weight with an extra padded shoulder strap that’s adjustable! Great lunch box for the cost!

I work in construction and have been eating out of a lunchbox for the past 31 years. My last lunchbox was actually stolen out of my work truck, so it was time again for another. I typically stop by a Target or sporting goods store to grab one, but this time I decided to check beyond to Amazon and the internet at large to see what other options there were. I found this sucker on Amazon and it seemed to check all of my boxes: not pink or turquoise or otherwise "trendy", lol, small enough to not take up real estate in my truck yet big enough to contain my food and some odds and ends (food, ice pack, utensils, phone charger), good insulation, reasonably durable for the price, holds a my travel mug on the outside. I got the medium one as opposed to the large. I have no doubt to its durability- it's made with "tactical"-grade fabric and will probably last and look good doing it for the rest of my career. The lunchbox is surprising light for its sturdiness. I can verify that my freezer pack stays cool from when I take it out of the freezer at 4 AM until I return it to the freezer at usually 5 PM. The mesh and elastic dual cupholders are working as intended, holding my 20 oz. thermos in place thru my zany car commute and throughout the day in my bumpy work truck. I'm liking this sucker. Even looking around for some interesting hook velcro patches to decorate the front loop velcro panel on the front pocket!

I've had this lunch box for a few years ina harsh environment. It's sit in a diesel shop for 9-10 hours a day, and 1/3 of a mile walk in and out of work. It's still in great condition, shoulder strap is perfect, keeps food cool and has no rips or tears in the lining. I've had two other boxes that only last a year, this one's still going.

I ordered another lunch cooler off of Amazon and returned it because of how flimsy it felt - even with that bag having over 1000 5 star reviews. This was the second cooler I ordered and am amazed this one doesn’t have 1000+ 5 star reviews. Probably because a lot of reviews are bought. The build quality is fantastic. The shoulder strap is very comfortable and I was able to make it long enough to go cross shoulder. The cooler is very spacious and perfect for my lunch and snacks for the day. It’s easy to clean and keeps my food cool. Also, the zippers feel sturdy and not like the types you know are going to get locked up after a few uses. Only con I found was the bungee straps on the back of the bag are too narrow for me to put anything into. I wish they were wider so I can sneak my phone into it. Also - was hoping I could squeeze my metal water bottle into the side pockets but my water bottle is too large to fit. I can easily fit a plastic water bottle in there but that’s not enough water for me for a full day. All in all - a well made cooler for people who need a lunch cooler. Highly recommended.
