Beautiful and functional
This is like, everything I wanted in a pump bag! Here's all the pockets it comes with: a large pump pocket and a small pump pocket (both insulated!!!!), and both pockets can be buttoned down if you want to use the space inside the bag instead. The small pump pocket has an outside bottle pocket that can expand a bit with a zipper. I didn't get a chance to see if my 32oz hydroflask would fit, but the next size down (24oz?) will fit for sure. There's also two inside "bottle" pockets. There's a laptop sleeve with a button so the laptop doesn't flop out in case the bag is upside down or whatever. There's an inside zipper pocket with a key chain where you can safely keep your keys and wallet, a zipper pocket in front of the bag (for your phone I guess?), and a hidden large pocket under the lock (this pocket is kind of thin so maybe just for papers). There's backpack straps (that you can unhook the bottom and hide the straps in the back), shoulder straps and a crossbody strap with shoulder pad. The material is very similar to the lizzy, but a bit thicker so it's more structured. The space inside with the pump pockets used will fit a cold gold, but only in the center of the bag.It feels like the kelly and lizzy combined, but I think it's slightly smaller than the kelly because it tapers together at the top. Some small complaints:I wish the shoulder straps were smaller since the crossbody strap with shoulder pad can be used as a shoulder strap already. At least they can be tucked into the large thin pocket in front (that I said might be for papers) and I think it looks better that way.I'm also not sure how I would attach this to my stroller if I wanted to use it as a diaper bag. The metal rings are way to the side and kind of hidden from view. I think it might be a little annoying to use it that way.

Don't buy it if you are looking for a "functional back pack" style breast pump bag
As a new mom back to work who has to be at multiple locations in the campus through out the day, I was looking for a large, good looking, durable bag specially made for nursing moms. I was excited about this new product and couldn't wait to use it. Unfortunately, it is not well designed and very little thought has been put into making it a backpack style. It is probably better used as a regular tote bag.CONS1. The shoulder side straps (to be worn as tote bag) can be hidden in secret pockets but the rear strap does not go into the back pocket discreetly. The top of the strap is visible and it rather looks ugly and forcefully pushed into it. It totally defeats the purpose of having a good looking expensive bag. It is a major eye sore and looks like a makeshift backpack. Moreover, to put the front strap in a really time consuming process and makes switching from backpack tote very frustrating.2. The other biggest flaw with this bag is that it doesn't have a small strap/handle at the top of the bag which makes it very inconvenient to have to use the backpack strap to lift it and place it down. (Like when you have to your bag in car or pull it out of it, placing it on table or taking it short distances ). It just makes the bag incomplete.3. The small pockets are not enough. The small pocket in front of the bag is too small. All I could put in it was my ID badge. If I need my phone from the bag, I have to open the main compartment. There is just one zippered pocked inside the bag where I could store my wallet and keys. (It is large enough to put other things, but I like to keep stuff such as lip balm, hair brush, hair tie earphone etc separately ) There are two other vertical pockets but they are too deep and seems like I will be fishing for stuff forever. I wish there were at least two more pockets with zip for storing miscellaneous things.4. If the bag is filled to the top, the front flap tends to stand out in an awkward position and spoils the whole look of the bag.5.Unnecessary insulation for the pump storage pocket as it takes up valuable space inside bag. It was just enough for me to put my Spectra S9, charger and pumping bra but not sure how comfortably it would fit other larger pumps.PROS:1. Can be used as a backpack for those who usually use it as a tore but would like the option of backpack on rare occasions.2.Separate collapsable side pockets for pump and milk.3.Lightweight4.Expandable side pocket for bottleConclusion: It isn't worth my money and I will be returning it for a real back pack for breast pump.(Quick delivery and easy return by Amazon.)

Don’t bank on getting a laptop in the sleeve if it’s not a MacBook. Cumbersome design.
I bought this and am returning it right away. It says it can fit a 17” laptop, which it can, if you don’t put it in the laptop sleeve. Unless your employer has tons of money in their technology budget and can afford to issue all employees the newest, slimmest laptops, I doubt even a 15” laptop would fit in the laptop sleeve. Also, it is cumbersome with too many straps and handles. When you try to tuck ones away that you don’t want to use, it is clunky. I know after a few days of carrying this around I would be super annoyed with it.I was really disappointed with this bag’s functionality. It seems like it was well made and would be durable. Just not what I need as a working mom. Wish Sara Wells other more tote style bags could fit a larger laptop.

Disappointed
I researched and researched before choosing a pump bag, read way too many reviews, watched YouTube videos and ended up deciding on this one despite it being quite new to the market and not having enough info about it. I should've known better than to do that. The bag is cute, it fits a 15" laptop easily and looks professional (the black one) which was the deciding factor for me. Unfortunately though, the quality doesn't match the price in my opinion. For the steep price I was expecting a better quality bag. To top things, I bought other Sarah wells items to go with it (the pumparoo and the cooler), and the cooler does not fit in this bag! Sure, it could go where the pump goes, but I need to carry my pump. Why would they make bags that don't match with/fit their own products? Bottom-line, the bag is pretty, not worth the price, and there are better priced options out there for similar functionality.
