I started drinking more ginger because it helps your muscles in my neck. It helps relaxes the neck and bones.

It may be me but I did not taste the flavors. In fact it was so awful tasting that I tossed it.

This is not mango ginger and I should not even give one star. Mango ginger is white, this is yellow. It does not say in the label if it has turmeric mixed in it. It does not have any mango flavor. This product is not good.
