Soothing Colloidal Oatmeal Bar Soap- Eczema, Psoriasis 4.2 oz Natural- Fragrance Free- Oats Garden

I ordered this soap after coming down with shingles. It was just what I needed. I felt clean and the soap didn't cause me any discomfort at all. Equally, it cleaned off all the creams that I was using to reduce the discomfort that I'd felt for months. I was sorry I didn't order it sooner. It also smells natural which is a huge bonus if you want to avoid perfumes and fragrances.

Worked great for my pityriasis rosea. I was covered from head to toe in this rash and it only got worse. Then I got this soap. I’m actually amazed. Before I started using the soap, the rash was very itchy and my skin was flaking dramatically. The rash was noticeably raised and was red and inflamed. The rash started reducing within a day of using this soap. I use it after I use Bronner’s so that my skin is clean enough to absorb the benefits of this soap. I personally think this soap bar lathers quite a bit, maybe a 7/10 on the foam scale. The scent is not noticeable to me. Smells vaguely like oats but is basically unscented. It’s added back a good deal of moisture to my skin after being extremely crusty the couple weeks preceding my experience with this soap. I’ve only used it 3 times so it’s hard to say if it’s going to get rid of the rash entirely, but it’s certainly expediting its departure, if nothing else. It is a more expensive soap bar, but it’s also not your average soap bar. I wouldn’t use this to clean yourself if you’re trying to conserve though. Like I said I bathe with Bronner’s before using it because I only use this soap where my rash is located. It will probably end up lasting me about 8 weeks at my current rate. For me that’s definitely worth it.

Bought for my sister, she said it helped with her itchy, dry skin

So my daughter literally used the whole bar soap and since then, she did not feel any different. Her skin still felt itchy to her and she still had dry skin that would split easily when scratching too much. She wanted to like it but it didn't do the job and so we will not be buying this anymore. Least we tried it out?!

Helped to soothe my skin and had a lovely smell. I have had issues with dryness and itching and such and I loved to be able to pamper myself with something that isn’t harsh or abrasive. Also—the ingredients seemed to be milder than most as I checked the label so I was really happy not just with simpler ingredients but the overall product and scent and will keep this in mind to recommend to others with sensitive skin and for future purchases for myself.
