Five alkaloids (akuammidine, akuammine, akuammicine, akuammigine and pseudo-akuammigine) were isolated from the seeds of Akuamma. Akuamma seeds have a rich history across the continent of Africa. The seeds originate from the Akuamma tree (Picralima nitida) and contain “akuammine” as their chief alkaloid. Though technically an opioid, akuamma seeds don’t exactly deliver the effects of classic opiates. At the same time, its actions on the kappa receptor give them tremendous analgesic potential. In fact, the dried seeds have traditionally been used medicinally throughout West Africa for hundreds of years.

Do not buy! Will end up in hospital!! I give it no star!!!
This product is horrible I ended up in the hospital throwing up non stop for seven days. I took one capsule just one. Do not buy this !!!! Dont hurt your body like I did. Kratom works but only if it's pure with this stuff you have no idea what you're getting! Wish I could get my week back I spent sick from it.

Didn’t work; Provided zero benefit for pain and I suffer from chronic pain. I’ve seen people compare it to Kratom, but with Kratom I can actually tell that it’s doing something

Worked to relieve pain and foggy brain.
I have fibromyalgia and been taking all kinds of pain killers and massages for pain relief. The day after i tried this it reduced my pain for more than 24 hours! i only took 1 pill and I felt like i have never felt before. I highly recommend it and will be purchasing more!

Don't buy, Save your money!!
Does not do anything what so ever, and the it's 500 mg. I would not recommend to anyone, I have felt nothing no pain relief no difference. Tylenol is better than this product.

Made me feel sick!!
I was really looking forward to this as I have hrard nothing but good things. Maybe it was the brand. But I bought the caps and followed the directions. I took 1 cap. It said if i didnt feel any relief to wait 30 min before taking another. I waited an hour and all I felt with the second cap was a headache and nauseau. Pain did not go away. Pretty much useless. Would not recommend!!

I'm all for natural products to try to help with arthritis pain. This does nothing so save your money.
