These are cheap drawing not hair chalks
Definitely not what I expected, these are just tiny normal drawing chalks rather than cosmetic hair chalks, and presented in very cheap packaging. The instructions tell you how to sketch with them, not put them in hair, somewhat of a dead giveaway. What a rip-off.
