Excellent price for a 120GB SSD drive.
This BraveEagle 120GB Sata 3.0 2.5” SSD drive came in an antistatic foil bag, surrounded with foam and boxed, so well packed and protected from shock in transit, also a Sata 6GB cable was supplied in the jiffy bag with the drive. Now with such low prices of SSD drives, it’s a great way to upgrade the speed of your PC/laptop. Having put together my PC and installed a 256GB SSD drive with the OS on, I added this to replace an old HDD. Some people will require a higher capacity, but for what you get this is great value.

First Thing to Upgrade
Easy to install into PC via SATA cable and straight clone of W7 via Macrium Reflect free. Didn't bother with caddy, simply taped it in place.Strongly recommend replacing HD with SSD - basically using a computer gets a little bit better in every way, esp speed and noise.Don't even need to worry too about optimal settings as W7 (and prob 10 too) are already configured for SSD use eg no auto defragmentation etc.

It came unformatted, so the computer realised sonething had been plugged in (I have put it in an external USB3 case) but it couldn't read it. I suspect it had not been formatted because the disk was designed to work with different formats. You will need a certain amount of computer knowledge because it is not 'Plug 'n Play'I opened it in Disk Manager (right click on the Windows icon (bottom left) and select disk management..) The new disk will be the one 'unassigned' give it a drive number, format it and that's it.It works fine but I suspect that there will be some who will be saying 'it doesn't work'

Good upgrade for an old laptop
I have an old laptop (with a "classic" spinning hard disk) that is getting slower everyday. Got this one as a replacement for the hard drive - its fairly easy to replace and this disk fits perfectly in the empty slot. You have to be careful as the cable that comes with this one is for external use not for internal connections. This disk has made the laptop go much faster than before - and all at a very good price.

Good little SSD does exactly as you woukd expect reliable and good value. There are faster ones out there but this is fine for most normal applications

speed for less
I needed a small capacity SSD drive to upgrade my old macbook pro from 2011. It was cheap but looks well made and so far it has the speed what i was looking for.

Great upgrade for speed and energy efficiency
I bought this to upgrade my Mac Book Pro - and wow - what an upgrade! Easy to fit (once you have the correct tools) and its lightening fast! my MacBook is now as fast or faster than the brand new ones :) If you need a solid state hard drive - get one of these. I'm now looking at upgrading my Mac mini! Definitely recommended!
