**Q: How heavy is the platform?**
A: The Vertical Velocity Platform weighs 28 lbs.  The whole unit with harness, rubber, platform and box weighs 36 lbs. when being shipped.

**Q: Are the bands adjustable in resistance?**
A: They are adjustable in length.  When they are adjusted shorter, yes there is more resistance.

**Q: How do you keep the platform connected to the ground when in use?**
A: four 100lb dumbbells, placed on the middle portion of the sides. I'm 160lb 5'6 and it doesn't lift off the ground at all.
