We like this product. However, I did not give it five stars because I have to keep moving it back into place after a few punches. We put the required amount of water in the base. And a rubber mat at the bottom to prevent it from sliding on the floor.

I was looking for something that could fit in a basement with a low ceiling that would provide a decent striking workout on days I couldn't get to the gym. I was pleasantly surprised at the stability of the bag (filled it with 250 pounds of sand) as well as the feel/feedback on punches. Much better than I hoped for. I'd highly recommend it.

Highly recommend getting this.this has been the best buy and helps me lose weight during quarantine.I am 200+ lbs and kick hard...so I used sand as weight stabilizerquite happy with this purchase and the customer service is amazing as well.
