OliveNation Coconut Extract - PG Free - 8 fl oz

The flavor of this coconut extract is spot on. It's clear in color and had no word aftertaste. I use it to make coconut ice cream, coconut pie, and coconut coffee creamer. I make creamer every two weeks. I use 30 grams for 32 oz of creamer. For the price the size is great and it lasts about 3 months.

I like to make Keto puddings and this lets me get a lot of nice coconut flavor into them while keeping calories and carbs down to bare minimum. Additionally, I like that I can make a very smooth base, which wasn’t happening when I used desiccated coconut. And given no calories or carbs, it was a no brainer. This is my favorite flavor of all of the Olive Nation extracts. You will need to experiment with the amount you use and I have found when heating your liquids, that you get a bit mire flavor when you add this closer to the end of the cooking cycle.

LOVE THIS! its more concentrated and taste great in lemonade can use it just with that or in adult drinks only takes a tiny bit. Smells great & taste great. It's pretty strong so it only takes a little Great for Keto. Comes in a good size bottle. Bakes Great.

Product came quickly and in great condition. I like the extract, but find that I need to use more to get the amount of flavor I want. There is no ingredient list on the label. Most extracts will list the percentage of alcohol. I find the McCormick to have a much stronger coconut taste. I use it mostly to flavor my Weight Watchers vanilla smoothie mix.

Bought this for my Dad as a gift - he loves adding different extracts to cookies he already makes, to give variety to some of his favorites. This is of good strength, and has a good taste to it, in the cookies I’ve tried! Use for baking, mixed drinks, etc.

Incredible. Really. All extracts are not equal. This is the absolute best extract I hav ever tried. It tastes amazing. Any extracts I have used in the past, have had a strange, unpleasant taste , when I put a drop or 2 on my tongue. But this extract is AMAZING. Seriously. It tastes like it was squeezed directly from a coconut, and nothing else added. I never knew an extract could taste so natural. It does a wonderful job when used in the making of the food I added it too. I was very happily surprised as to just how great this was. And, the price is the best price anywhere. Thank you to the makers of this extract. I am going to order all flavors they carry and throw out the ones I have that were made by different companies. Do not miss out on this product.

I've used Olive Nations' Cherry extract for about a year now & love it. So I decided to try their coconut extract. It is delicious, and if you are wondering, yes, it tastes exactly like coconut! Olive Nations has the best quality. So far everything I've tried tastes true. They use natural flavorings in most all of their extracts (always check the labels if you want to know what is in something). In case you are wondering, this is only an extract, and does not include any sweeteners, which is what you want to flavoring foods and drinks. That way you can sweeten to your own tastes. I've used this for mixed drinks, and it makes a delicious coconut coffee. Add chocolate extract or chocolate milk with the coconut extract and you have "Mounds Bar" coffee! A dash of almond extract and you have "Almond Joy Coffee"! I presume you could mix those same extracts to make martinis as well.

I just got this in the mail today. Right off the bat, the bottle was not completely full, in fact it could be as much as an ounce that it was short. Then, the label looked different than the description. Guess what? The word PURE is left off the bottle that I got. No nutritional information on the bottle, except vague ingredients that don't sound PURE to me - as in "natural flavors." It says I can't refund, so I opened it up and gave it a taste test. No coconut smell. No coconut flavor. It's just alcohol with some who knows mystery ingredient that makes them think it's coconut. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I got ripped off, so I am writing a review so you don't get ripped off, too! And btw, I got their banana extract, too - SAME EXACT ISSUE! Stay away from this snake oil!

Realy impresed with the quality of this product, the flavour is amazing, excellent for cakes I have even used it to flavour rice. Will definatly be buying more
