First of, I couldn't find "write a product review" through my order. I had to go to the product page, click on "Write a Customer Review" in the Customer Review section. Thanks to the company's instruction on the Packing Slip. My purpose of this purchase was to buy a whole bunch different small and cheap plants, so I can start experimenting. It's hard to find succulents in local nurseries in winter. Therefore, I took a risk on this one. As you can see in my photos, only 1 plant looked in distress upon arrival. I think it's because that type of plant doesn't have a big, thick root system. I can understand why the soil was so dry and loose. Succulents cannot stay in the moist environment. However, they did seem to have stayed in the package for a while already. The pots are in good quality, not cheap, crinkly plastic pots. I used my own cactus and succulent mix to plant them. Hope they'll all survive. Overall, the product meets my expectations in both quality and price.It arrived 2 days early. However, I wish the company could have emailed me delivery notice. It was delivered by USPS and sat in my mail box for 2 days before I checked my order status based on its estimated arrival time. The status of the plants might have been better had I checked it earlier. I also hope there is a list of plant names attached to give me references of plants that were shipped to me.

I bought these to go in some adorable pots to give to a friend as a gift. Sadly I was dissapointed with the succulents I received. Six came in a pack with little to no dirt, just loosely tumbling around in the plastic packaging. I carefully pulled them out as a couple had their roots stuck between the cracked plastic. One was dead, one was almost dead (which died completely the next day), and two just looked in rough shape. I still carefully potted them but I’m too embarrassed to give them as a gift anymore.

What arrived looks nothing like the picture. The plants are the same but they are so small there is barely anything to plant. Don't want to deal with the return or I would send them back.

Plants were much tinier than expected, about 1 inch with no soil, just loose roots. 2 were completely in pieces upon arrival. Not worth trying to return.

The soil was also loose and one was 1/3 the size of my pinky. Thought I could bring it back to life but could not. I ended up with 5 plants.

Poorly packaged and one of the plants was in pieces when I opened it. Very little soil and so dry the roots were crispy.I ordered succulents from A DIFFERENT COMPANY and they were very healthy and nicely packaged with plenty of soil.I was very disappointed with these.

So VERY tiny ! The ‘soil’ was so little & it had flown around the container , remarkably they are still viable & perhaps will grow ???

When I first opened the box I was a little disappointed. But after taking the carton out and rinsing them a little, they looked much better. They arrived in good condition. They’re smaller than I expected, especially the one but actually are perfect for the little pots I got to put them in. For the price and free shipping, I’m happy.
