Honestly, I’ve always had great results with these pills.I have noticed that it does make you more conscious about your eating habits. If you’re eating greasy and all around bad it forces everything out of your body at once (diarrhea) but if you’re eating clean you’ll notice a soft stool where you’ll feel you have to go more often. But nothing drastic you can’t hold in.Also more helpful tips.Drink a lot of water.Take these on an empty stomach.I tend to stop eating before 7 pm. I wake up around 5:30-6am. That way I have enough time for my stomach to be fully empty. And I take them as soon as I wake up.Stay away from alcohol. I’ve learned this myself the hard way. If you’re gonna take these and drink just don’t even take them. You will definitely notice more weight gain.Hope you find this helpful! I lost 20 pounds the first month.

Estas pastillas son muy buenas las tomo desde hace 4 años , solo las tomo cuando me siento muy inflamada, pero como quería bajar de peso comentase a tomarlas por las mañanas al despertar.. a las dos semanas de consumirlas constantemente me llego mi regla algo que ningún ginecólogo podía regularme, tuve cirugía me introducieron una cámara para ver mis tubos, trompas y matriz y todo está bien…no me encuentran ningún problema…tengo 3 o 4 años que empese asi con mi regla muy irregular me llega 1 o 2 veces x año y desde tome estas pastillas según yo para bajar de peso y me ayudaron en lo que tanto estaba buscando 😭 por fin encontré algo que me ayudo a regular mi Regla buscado de todo y nada, algo que siempre eh tenido y no me había dado cuenta😕no se Que tengan pero no puedo vivir sin ellas

I was excited to get this item, especially after reading some of the good reviews. (Everyone's body is different. Right?) *insert eye roll* I've been taking the recommended dosage on an empty stomach in the morning for 4 days and let me tell you, NOTHING is happening. I don't even have to pass gas, let alone have the cramps that let me know it's trying to work to "clean me out". Luckily this product wasn't at all expensive or I would be pissed! Buy if you must, especially if you don't believe fire is hot. Have a great day!

i have tried numerous things to lose weight and just can’t seem to lose it. i am 5’6 feet 154 pounds and my weight genetically doesn’t go in good areas lol. i miss my old body (125LB) and my current goal is 135 by the end of september (currently mid august) my starting weight was 160…. i’ve lost 6 pounds and been cutting down on eating. i am not sure if this is working because of the pills or my lack of calorie intake but i am not having any more bowel movements than i regularly have so i hope this wasn’t a waste of money. i will be updating this review in the next month or so!
