How big/small are these capsules??..Would be a great idea to leave a picture of the capsule with the other product pictures

Each capsule holds 750mg of powder; which is a medium sized capsule. They are relatively easy to swallow and are not large.

Does your capsule contain any rice flour?

Hello, Promethean here. Yes, the Organic Nu-Flow is a fine rice product used as a flow agent to help get the ingredients into the capsules. This is an extremely small amount of organic brown rice product; it's not enough to register as a carb. We will never use potentially harmful excipients like some of our competitors do. That's what sets Promethean Wellness apart from the rest!

Inactive ingredients (image) shows "bovine gelatin capsules". is this product entirely and truly vegan/vegetarian?

Hello, due to our organic certification, our organic certifier requires us to use bovine gelatin capsules instead of vegetable capsules.
