No more neck pain!
Great addition for work. No more neck strain holding the phone while working. Now able to use both hands and no more headaches at the end of the day! Very comfortable and the ability to switch ears is great. Best $20 investment I have made to make my job easier.

Hands free phone calls
Took me a while to figure out my phone didn’t need any of the adapters but once I got it to work. It’s great. I can hear the other person clearly and then me. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I need too keep one ear open and it’s not designed for that so eventually the headset falls off

Great sound quality!!
I am hearing impaired and wear bilateral hearing aids and the headset provided by my employer weren't working for me. I just plugged this into the existing phone and immediately the sound quality is better. Life changing when you are on the phone for 8 hours a day!

Not good quality
Bought these because description was that it was comparable with CISCO phones, and it does. But very cheap quality, and early covers are so small they don't even cover my whole ears. And I have small ears. Save your money!

These Are Noise Cancelling?
Yeah, they suck at noise cancelation. I used them in a moderately busy office for my teleconferences (normal cube farm--not telemarketing). Nope on noise cancelling, but super nice to not have to hold the phone against my ear. They're a good cheap headset for phones. Go higher end for noise cancelation.

Great for the price
Its great for the office, does exactly what I need it to do and is not very expensive. Never had any problems with it. Easy to set up and use. Very comfy

Looked nice but didn't work
Unfortunately I couldn't hear through the headset but the other party could hear me. So it was an issue with the headset but the mic was working. Had to return.
