It works great with my desk phone and Cisco system.

The headphones work great, they’re just very flimsy. I would have preferred something more sturdy, but for the price it is reasonable.

Great addition for work. No more neck strain holding the phone while working. Now able to use both hands and no more headaches at the end of the day! Very comfortable and the ability to switch ears is great. Best $20 investment I have made to make my job easier.

Does not work with Cisco 8865 as advertised in the title and description. I tried all adapters and it does not work. also the box has writing on it with marker, someone's name so this tells me this was used .

I plugged it in and it was ready to use. Great product for the price.

I loved my last headset but unfortunately after 7 years it started to wear down and needed to be replaced. I had great luck with a cheap headset last time, so this time I thought I didn't have to worry much and could pick up any old headset online - that was a mistake. As soon as I swapped headsets I noticed a big difference, much more static with this one. In fact, some calls are almost impossible to hear over the noise. I'm an electrical engineer so I'm pretty sure I installed it correctly & bought the right model. For now I've gone back to my old headset while I see if this one is worth the trouble to return. Save your money and don't buy this headset.

This headset was super affordable and work wonderfully. I am using the headset on an old Cisco switchboard.

Item received in good condition and works perfectly..

I am on the phone constantly at work and using a hand held receiver tucked up under my ear wasn't doing my back, shoulder or neck any good. I bought this some time ago to see how I get on with it and love the idea of being hands-free but I do find the microphone drops beneath my chin so the listener can't hear me. The microphone has become more loose over time so I am now holding the arm as I speak which in turn causes a 'rustling' sound to the listener. I don't know if this is able to be fixed or if it's time for a new headset but it's certainly a good purchase to see if the idea of a headset is for you. Just don't expect too much from it.
