These metatarsal pads are soft, cushy and comfortable. I was skeptical as I didn't think anything this thin would help my pain in both feet, especially my right foot. Also they are great if you spend many hours walking or have standing job. They are easy to clean and are dry and ready for me to wear the next day. I definitely recommend to anyone with neuroma or matatarsal pain. Very happy with purchase!

They were comfortably after a couple times of wearing. Just had to get used to them.

The one perforated on the bottom is thinner than the other one. The thicker one is loose on the underside if my narrow feet. Learning to put socks on over them without them curling was a challenge at first. After I get them on, I turn my sock inside out and then form a pocket inward at the toe, then pull the sock over my foot so that the correct side is outward. It is almost impossible to do it as you normally put on socks because the socks grip the pads making them curl.

Waste of money.

I have tried a few different types of metatarsal pads, but these are amazing! They stay out, even when going on a run, and provide good support and comfort. Would highly recommend!
