good padding
these do provide padding for the ball of the foot. my only complaint is that there needs to be wraps for two toes. It gets twisted and with only one anchoring point it moves too much.

Stay put feature is great, very comfortable!
They work well. These helped me survive in 2 inch heels in and around town and up and down stairs while at a company convention in Las Vegas.

Not too special
After an hour on my feet with these on, they hurt. Couldn't do it any longer. If you have a desk job, might work for ya. But...

Loved these- the first 10 days!
I love the cushion I got for the ball of my feet pain. However 10 days and I am so disappointed that the loop that goes around the toe has broken. Today the pads ended up in the arch of my foot because they broke.UPDATE: The second one broke on Day 1. Do not buy these. I want to return but cannot find the packaging. Very unhappy!

Makes my high heels bearable.
These pads made it so much more bearable for me to wear my high heels. It redistributes the pressure on the ball of my feet.

Don't stay in place.
It is really hard to keep these stay in place in sleepers. Even with shoes. Make shoes tight and hard to position even in socks. I would not buy them again.
