Edema & bloating relief.
I thought this would be another OTC Hocus Pocus supplement but gave it a try. Well, to my pleasant surprise & relief, it works like it claims, just great! I just bought another bottle.

Actually works! Far better than furosemide. Update: after a whole bottle, started noticing edema in my feet, the first place it shows like 'baby feet.' Went back to furosemide to dump the edema.

Works wonders!
No side effects at all and this has been helping keep the swelling down on my feet and ankles. During hot weather, I swell up like a balloon and Water Away has been wonderful. I take one pill in the morning and one at night with my other supplements. Again, no side effects. I would recommend this to anyone.

My soul left my body
Do not buy these. I bought these because I have problems with water retention on cruises swelling my ankles and legs. Sure enough on night two my ankles began to swell. I whip out this bottle of pills and just take one before bed. It only took a couple hours for the pain to start. Horrible stomach pain. It wasn't long after that that I found myself face first in a cruise ship toilet evacuating the contents of my stomach and quite possibly my soul. Not once, not twice but three times at least... I think. It was so bad I couldn't even keep down Pepto-Bismol that I took after my first episode of evacuation to try to calm my stomach. It was that bad. Then there was also the gas... painful gas. It took everything a couple hours to work itself out so I could even go to sleep. I woke up this morning feeling drained and questioning my life choices. I threw the bottle in the trash. While the ankles aren't swollen and I was peeing like a race horse when I wasn't vomiting and contemplating Davy Jones' locker as preferable to the pain I was going through, it just isn't worth it. Try something else, anything else, just not these pills.

Be careful
I am wondering if anyone else had this problem. Took two on Sunday. On Monday I had an extremely sore throat. Same day I took two more pills in the morning. Throat got worse to the point i couldnt swallow. Didn't take any today and throat is no longer sore. Going to test again in another couple of days. It did help with water retention though but at what cost
