I absolutely love this light. I bought it specifically for doing computer work (payroll, Quickbooks, etc.)but it will also be useful for crocheting, puzzles, delicate painting and manicures. I wish I bought this sooner.

I have 4 Ott Lites in my studio! They are fantastic if your an artist, crafter, model builder, whatever you need to see the true colors! I have been using them for 50 years and not one over the years has given me any trouble. Nice and well made! Easy to install and very versatile!

I have had this product for a bit over a month and I was gone for a couple of those weeks. One day it simply started flickering constantly making it completely unusable. I contacted support on their website but haven't heard from them. When it worked it was great, I was prepared to purchase another one. But now I can't use it and their support sucks.

Purchased for a quilt retreat. We sew late at night and the lighting in some places are not good over all. This lamp has multiple positions to light up the area you need.

Its advertised, but the movable parts of the lamp, are not something I use, maybe if the lamp was lager they would be of some use. Carole

Good help with her in her craft projects. Natural light gives her the ability to make good choices when color shades are close

Was very irritated at first because it would turn off right as I was in the middle of something. Sometimes it would stay on for an hour, sometimes it would turn itself off after just a minute or two. Had to keep turning it back on. The one I replaced , Ott light, was doing the same thing... I'd had it over 5 years, so I just assumed it was time to replace it . That's what prompted me to purchase this one.... and then right out of the box... it did the same thing. I wish I hadn't thrown away my old one. Maybe it was ok..
