It has an earthy taste which is not too overwhelming even when its brewed for longer. I find it very refreshing and I enjoy it.

Does this help with weightloss?

If you used it daily but I don’t believe using these as a form of weight loss is healthy or sustainable. I use them as part of losing weight and if I’m constipated from not enough fibre and too much protein. So ins nut shell, can be used to support a diet for weight loss but don’t use as a tool to lose weight.

How long from having a brew does it take til it 'kicks in' or you feel it is working/loosening?

Overnight. Have a cup late evening and you can go to the loo in the morning. It’s gentle - nothing “explosive” !!
