I can't shake them out and can't find them.** A: I just punched two circles and no center anywhere to be found. Hopefully when where ever it is gets filled up, they will fall out. I seem to recall seeing one when I first used it, but not today. **Q: Does anyone know why the punch says ‘1” Plus’ on the front? What is this measurement for?** A: My guess is that when paper is fully inserted into the punch, the outer edge of the circumference is 1" from the edge of the paper. My punch says " 1" plus " **Q: What is the diameter of the hole? (The inside circle)** A: Using a ruler, I would say that the diameter of the entire reinforcer is one half inch, and the hole is one quarter inch. **Q: How does this product work?** A: This product works by placing paper, cardstock, and some thicker paper in the punch. It punches one piece at a time and you will need two pieces to cover ( one for front side one for back side).
