Terrible phone call quality
It has great sound coming out of it. It would be good for listening to music, apps, etc. But if someone calls you forget it. They can not hear you at all and its full of static. You can hear them perfectly, they can not hear you. So if you are just going to use it for listening its really good. But if you plan on using it for talking, don't buy this product.

A tiny mini speaker hanging on ear headset
It is supposed to bone conduction headset.I found out it’s just a small speaker outside your ear. The headset does not actually touch the bone area as described, but I still can hear the sounds.Of course, people around me can also hear the sounds from this “headset”.When the volume is a little louder, people would be able to clearly hear what’s going on in the headset.I think it would be better to call this speaker a “tiny mini hanging on ear speaker” instead of “bone conduction headset”

Not comfortable but convenient.
I was hoping it was more like a hard rubber instead of plastic. If does what I need I need it to however it isn’t the most comfortable thing. I also knock it off every time I put on or take off my glasses. I do think it’s safer when listening to music in my car as I’m 52 and I like it loud. I can have my music or phone in one ear and still hear traffic in my other ear...(sirens, screeching tires, idiots etc...). Basically my only complaint is comfort . Small price to pay I guess...?

Gift
I purchased this piece in August 2019 and it worked fine for awhile. It is now Sept 9 and i disconnected it from my iPhone to use with my tv and now it will not reconnect to my phone even though I have unpaired it with my television. Will buy another brand next time. I have an older model of this exact product that seems to work fine.

Excellent Bluetooth
Bought for my husband for a gift. I looked at it and couldn’t figure out how it fit on the ear. I handed it to my husband and he put it on and loved it. All the guys on his job want one too.

Good sound if you can keep it on your ear
I can't get it to stay on my ear...it always falls off and this is just sitting in a chair. Poor design but the noise is good if I hardly move lol

Uncomfortable not flexible at all poor sound quality I should have known better when I bought this it had five stars, I believe they were paid for

I don't even notice I'm wearing it.
Extremely comfortable and light. Sound is surprisingly loud too, with good audio pick-up for those you're talking to. Great purchase.
