I have been using this while at my computer for hours on end. It has helped relieve some of the tension I get in my shoulders. The material is super soft and doesn't irritate my skin or get too hot. Wish it had a little "prettier" way to fill it up because it's the black bulb type that is on doctor's blood pressure cuffs so it looks like a medical device but it serves the purpose. This has been a great product to use.

Hoping this would help pain in my neck, but was completely useless. Hard to inflate and get a good fit.

I cannot give it any stars. It came without the bulb to pump it up. I want to keep it because of the good reviews but I cannot even try it out. I cannot find a way to contact anyone to get that piece sent.

I’ve had neck and shoulder tightness which sores and give me headache especially during winter. Been looking for a product like this for relief. It’s soft and lighter than I thought. Been using for nearly a month now. At least once a day. It improves the tightness a whole lot. Less and and less headaches now and save me money going for massages. Recommend it!

This little device has done quite a bit to help my chronic neck pain due to poor posture. I have only had it for a week. At first I felt the muscles relax, and then they became a little sore, sort of like calf muscles get sore when you first start jogging. Now my pain is almost entirely gone and even my hearing has improved. Very little tinnitus remains. I am using this as prescribed and I am very impressed.

Been using the traction device, neck pain improve a little bit, will continue to use and hope it can solve the pain issue

Love it from the first second I tried it on! It's easy, you can change the traction tension in seconds and the cervical pain has gone 90% away in 2 days.

The implication in one of the picture is it comes with a carrying case for traveling. It does come in a plastic pouch but not the case in the picture.
