Easy to read pressure cooker cooking times on 2 magnetic charts.
Most of the foods on the magnetic charts are not foods I cook during the week except for vegetables. I have not tried any of the cooking times yet so I don't know if the cooking times are accurate. The cooking times for hard boiled eggs, ground beef, carrots, and potatoes match up to the times I usually use.The large chart lists fresh and frozen cooking times for vegetables and seafood, but not for beef, pork, and chicken. You will either have to thaw the meats first or add minutes to the listed cooking times until you figure out the time for frozen meats. The headings on the larger chart are : seafood (12 foods), poultry (12), beef (10), pork (10), other (10), beans & legumes (16), rice & grains (16), and vegetables (16).The headings on the smaller chart are: beans, rice, & grains (6 foods), vegetables (6), and meats (6). It fits on your cooker. There are larger charts for sale, but I thought they were confusing. Their product description didn't explain enough for me so I bought these charts instead. Plus I didn't want a really big magnetic chart on my refrigerator. These 2 charts are very easy to read. They have a good font size for my old eyes. The chart shows a red Q for quick release and a blue N for natural release for the listed foods, but it does not tell you if you need to wait a certain number of minutes before you quick release. Many online recipes tell you to do natural release for X minutes, then do quick release. The charts remind you to add at least a cup of water, and tell when to sear before cooking, and when to use a steamer basket or trivet. For some reason, eggs are listed with "other meats" and it does not say to use a basket with them. Using a basket with a silicone handle makes it much easier to remove the eggs immediately so you can put them in ice water before you remove the shells. The whole basket can be put in your ice water bowl. Easy to peel and ice water stops the eggs from continuing to cook.Manual/High pressure setting- for pressure cookers that range from 10.2 psi to 11.6 psi (per square inch). I know both my Instant Pots (Duo 6 qt and my Lux 8 qt) cook in this range, but you will need to check your exact model and brand. Different psi means different cooking times for your cooker. New models may change the psi so do your research.Remember: if you have never used a pressure cooker, NEVER, EVER, open the lid before releasing the pressure. You might severely burn yourself or others when you open the lid. The pot is under 10.2-11.6 psi (pressure per square in) and it will blow the lid off if you try to open it with the pot under pressure. Hot liquid will fly. ALWAYS release the pressure first and read the warnings on the instructions. The only thing wrong with the charts is that the manufacturer needed to put cardboard on both sides of the charts for shipping. All of the corners were bent when I received them which means the magnetic corners stick up and are not attached to my surfaces.

No more post-it notes!
I was so happy to find this chart product for my two Instant Pots. In the past, I would use Post-It notes to jot down times and releases for my dishes. Then I had to locate the appropriate note when I cooked. That added time to my cooking which was the opposite of using the IP was about. Now I have these two charts on the side of my refrigerator and I love them! No more hunting for Post-Its!

Must have
I really liked that you could quickly read the chart to see how long different items need to cook. No more looking in manual or looking it up on the internet. I ordered one for my daughter and myself but ended up giving mine to my mother. I will order another one for myself as well as my niece. I also liked that it lets you know if you should naturally or immediate release pressure. Overall itβs a great little tool to have if you have an instant pot or something similar.

Not just for an Instant Pot - Works well for other pressure cookers.
A great, easy to read reference for using with my Ninja Foodi! Big enough to read easily but compact enough to be on the 'Fridge without being cumbersome. The cooking times and other Info is found much quicker than searching for it on the internet.Get a set!

You won't know how you lived without them!
Love these!! Bought 3 sets, One for me, 2 as gifts. Handiest things EVER, and I've owned an Instant Pot for YEARS, and have gifted about ten! From now on, these will be an accompaniment to each pot I give. They never leave my fridge, and I cannot stand a junked up fridge!!! π These win!

How to use the InstantPot
The cheat sheet is big and will not fit just any PC pot so it is best to look at the size. I have a Farberware that I am using and it does not fit. But I have a new Instant Pot to power up this Christmas. The cheat sheet fits the instant pot perfectly. I am using the cheat sheet taped to my wall right now. Super clear and easy to understand.
