The product was shipped on a warm day and the chocolate and pretzels melted together. Impossible to eat.

I guess i should not have ordered during the summer! Partly my fault. When they arrived they were completely melted into one solid mass. I love the product and they were delivered in a timely manner.

I loved them - but had a problem with the ones I ordered, company was great and sent a refund. It's nice to have a company stand behind their product. These are really good and worth a try
