After trying some webs online ,which seemed pretty heavy duty yet failed unfortunately short on elasticity. I ended up cutting them in half and made them toeweb...they work great Than I found Darkfin gloves. It Evolved the concept of swimming for me and took "aqua men" to new frontiers. I propel like a torpedo with these gloves .highly improved my speed ,catching angels agility, higher volume pulls as great shoulders and chest workout. Contacted Darkfin Regarding webtoes fin bootee and if it could be possible to customize sonething close to try them out. They were very helpful and open minded about it and might make a bootee with webbed toe for me for a tryout. Anyway Bottom line if you are a swimmer and not using Darkfin gloves you are not experiencing the joy yet of what swimming really means. This artwork glove and design works great and I highly recommend it. If Darkfin end up making the webtoes bootee,i will leave and update the experience and the result. Stay wet my friends.

Great gloves. They are made to perform. The only thing is that they run small. Next time I will order a size larger.

Using the measurement guide, the size I ordered fit very well. There is just a little play room around my fingers (which isn't a bad thing), but the rest fits ... well, like a glove. Yes, they are a bit tricky to put on and take off, but they are also very sturdy, so you can pull fairly hard without them breaking. As long as you grip a wider surface area of the gloves (instead of a small piece around the edge) with your off hand while you pull them on, they can take quite a bit of abuse. Taking off is the same. Some people have written about using powders or lubricants, but I found that just putting them on in water already helps a lot. No, they won't slide on easily if they fit well, but that also means they won't come off when they're not supposed to. The sleeve fits nice and tight but not too tight to cause issues. They feel very comfortable. The webbing looks like it was glued on really well. I cannot see these gloves break easily. They are NOT going to keep your hand dry under normal swimming use! However, they will keep the water around your fingers nice and warm from your body heat. Making very strong swimming movements may add a bit of colder water, but not much, and you can adjust your movements. I had one minor issue with the gloves I bought, so I emailed customer support directly from the Darkfin website. They responded the same day, addressed the issue, and completely took care of the issue for me to my satisfaction! Now that is great customer service! They definitely earned this review not only with the product but also with their response.

The product is good, I used it for surfing, it gives a good boost, but after one use, the cover started to peel off. It is very disappointing

I'm living on Maui right now, so there are soooo many water activities where I get to use these gloves! They are great for snorkeling/freediving as they allow me to get to the surface super fast with only acouple pulls. Definitely makes me feel more comfortable going deeper and staying down longer. You immediately feel the speed within the first couple strokes with them on. I feel like a fish with these and my fins on! I have also been using them for surfing. I catch way more waves with them as they give you that extra propulsion to get up to wave speed fast. Also they make getting out past the break faster, which is nice as it's no fun to hangout there! As far as sizing help I usually always wear a medium in nitrile gloves, and mechanics gloves. I ordered the ML size and they work great. Get them wet and they are pretty easy to get on. If you like playing in the water I can only imagine you will love these!

My husband liked these gloves a lot, they were easy to put on in water and made quite a workout out of casual swimming in a pool. He could even swim without kicking feet or helping with legs. He could still use fingers for fixing glasses and handling objects as the tips are not sewed into the webbed part and you don’t lose the dexterity. Will be taking them on our next snorkeling trip.

the rubber broke after a few weeks of use, they are fun to use but for the cost, i think the quality is too low
