Excellent product.
Got the all stainless version. Fast shipping and well packaged. No dents, dings, or bent parts. No missing parts. Self assembled and took nearly 3 hours...but I had a number of interruptions. Survived the assembly with only 2 very small cuts...lots of sharp edges. Heat output as expected as I have been to quite a few patio restaurants using the same and these don't have high heat output. Flame shooting up the tube is mesmerizing and has made an attractive addition to our patio. Well worth the money.

Nice Looking and Well Made Patio Flame Heater
Item arrived well packaged from the factory in a large well protected box. It took over an hour to assemble, some of the assembly instructions could have been more descriptive, but I eventually figured it out. All the parts fit well. The unit is well designed, and looks professional. After sunset, we turned it on and it looked great. I am very happy with this product, and recommend it to others. I have the stainless steel model.

A slight mistake?
OK, It was exactly what I wanted. Assembly took longer than the directions stated, and I am considered a handy guy. All screws and holes lined up perfectly (sometimes you get products that don't). It's sturdy, nice looking and provides a fair amount of heat. OVERSIGHT!!! The front panel is suppose to close and be held by the two magnets located inside and just above the controls. One problem, the panel is Stainless Steel which is NOT MAGNETIC. I had to glue two of my own washers to the panel so it would stick to the magnets and stay closed. One more thing. The front panel did not fit correctly and I had to tweak the hinge tabs at the bottom of the panel to allow it to line up.

Very easy setup and great quality
After reading the assembly comments reviews, I am happy to say that my assembly was a breeze. The instructions were very, very easy and simply illustrated. I prefer this than having lots of unnecessary details that make things seem difficult and confusing. The only two things I would fix in the instructions manual is to specify that when installing the wheels, these assemble from the bottom, not the top. If put on top the holes won’t align for obvious reasons but the manual doesn’t show this been installed from the bottom of the base. Also disregard that adding the wheels would not allow it to sit flat, this will even out when the “legs” are added. I need to mention this because I analyze and seem to overthink as I assemble things lol. Also only thighten all screws in a section after all screws are in. This is Assembly 101 :). If screws are tightened before the section is completed, the holes won’t line up. This applies to any assembly of anything. The other thing is that the last 3 screws that attach the deflector to the unit are referred as M3/16. This is incorrect as they are actually thicker and are butterfly screws but this was easy to figure out as these were the last three screws left anyways and they were also thicker. I would recommend attaching the gas hose prior to attaching the control box to the unit to make sure the connection could be tighten appropriately and box don’t get in the way of the wrench or tools. Always do the gas leak check with soapy water. Lightning it up was super easy as well. After opening the propane gas tank valve, rotate the knob to the “light up” icon depicted by a flame and keep pressing it down for a few seconds. Keeps pressing the knob all the way down and push the red starter button until the pilot light lights up. Mine was immediate. After the pilot lights up, just so slightly release a bit pressure of the push button by letting come towards you so that is halfway pressed in and turn it to low or high. I haven’t had the opportunity to try it in the cold weather yet but I know these do not heat up as well as the mushrooms so I have been warned but I love the ambience it provides so for me it’s a good purchase :). Customer Service was fast, friendly and great too as I had a question as soon as it came out of the box. It was answered and even tips given.

Hazardous Product
Easy assembly, looks great. First use went well. Second use was at my son's 2nd birthday and the heater went up in flames. Followed all instructions, double checked hook up, and ended up using a fire extinguisher at a toddler party.

Read directions and look at picture a lot also invite any smart patient friends you have!
First it’s not unsafe your working with gas so test all connections before you start. Hint when you put wheels on base don’t be alarmed it no longer level that gets corrected when you add legs and top legs. 2nd hint before you start installing the legs or sometimes called rails, remove the screws on the inside they will be put back in once you start to put rails on frame frame the inside! Both of these are not in directions! The so called directions are as bad as they could be my dog could provide better . Having said that once you survive the install it’s a nice heater. Ps a couple beers will help you on this product!

Instructions a little confusing. Could add additional information.
It was missing one kit of parts. Didn’t prevent me from completing the assembly of the heater. Sent an email to the manufacturer and the parts showed up promptly. Looks great and works great.
